DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
A $400.00 NONREFUNDABLE applicable deposit is required to reserve the date.
The remaining balance of the package is due 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the event or you will FORFEIT your deposit and the reserved day. Your originals and final billing will be ready 3 WEEKS (working days) after the event. Reprints take 2-3 weeks (working days) from the date received. You will be REQUIRED TO PAY THE FINAL BALANCE (if applicable) before receiving or picking up your photographs. You have 1 year from the date of the event to pick up the originals, package reprints. No appointment is necessary to return originals or order more photographs. You may upgrade your package; please refer to your price list (Part 1 of your contract) for more details. One coupon, discount or negative offer is valid per client per event. The coupon or discount will be accepted only on the day of your initial appointment. Any items paid for in your package can and will apply toward past due amounts. Payment plans accepted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.	Negatives and Digital Files are the property of Jeffrey Simon Photography unless they are included in your package or purchased.
2.	The Negatives and Digital Files are kept for a minimum of 2 years before they are discarded.
3.	All originals and additional labor charges MUST be paid before receiving your photographs or Final reprint orders.
4.	Payment plans or installment payments can be arranged at any time directly with Jeffrey Simon. Please inquire..
5.	Jeffrey Simon Photography uses Digital and Medium formats to give you the BEST images and quality.
6.	The deposit must be paid in advance to book the date and the package must be paid for in full 2 weeks before the event unless special paymentplans are made. If this is not met, you will forfeit your date and deposit.
7.	To receive any discount or promotion offered, you MUST present the offer when or before you book the event.
8.	Preference is to take the formal photographs before the ceremony. But this decision is based on your needs and schedule.
9.	Jeffrey Simon has 3 backup photographers in the unlikely event of an emergency or schedule conflict.
